Creative’s RPA solution allows for seamless integration and data collection between USDA FPAC’s ServiceNow HRSD and Oracle PeopleSoft HR Applications
McLean, Va. -- Creative Systems and Consulting (Creative), a leading Federal provider of cloud-based services, announced today the successful deployment of a new UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution, developed in support of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation’s (FPAC) vision of minimizing human intervention for data transfer between multiple systems and automating routine business processes using RPA technology.
Creative's skilled architects, in partnership with UiPath, were entrusted with the task of making this vision a reality. Implementing the UiPath RPA Bot has significantly streamlined the manual position build process for filling new position vacancies at a much greater speed and with 100% accuracy. The previous manual process took an average of 30 minutes to perform these tasks, while the RPA bot is able to complete them in less than 2 minutes, with only one point of manual intervention.
“Recent advancements in RPA technology are fueling wide-spread adoption, particularly in the Federal Agencies. These Agencies have been encouraged by the United States Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to utilize RPA technology to automate manual processes and redirect resources towards higher-value work,” said Vishal Khera, President at Creative. “Here at Creative, we’re proud to be a trusted partner for helping our Federal customers achieve this mission by developing cutting-edge RPA solutions that reduce risks and save workers time through the automation of time-consuming, tedious and error-prone tasks.”
